About the Role

The Sales Manager owns team targets, sales pipeline, lead allocation, deal reviews, conversion tracking, and sales process discipline.

This role coaches sales executives, improves follow-up quality, handles important clients, and coordinates with operations for closure.

The role is full-time, on-site from Charni Road, Mumbai, Monday-Saturday, 10 AM-7 PM.

Responsibilities

  • Own Pipeline and Targets

    Manage team targets, lead allocation, deal reviews, conversion tracking, and sales process discipline.

  • Coach the Sales Team

    Coach sales executives, improve follow-up quality, review stuck deals, and raise team performance.

  • Handle Key Clients

    Handle important clients, pricing discussions, objections, and operations coordination for closure.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirement

Sales Experience

4+ years of sales experience with ownership of pipeline, targets, deal movement, or customer closure.

Team Management

Experience managing, coaching, or reviewing sales executives or a distributed sales process.

Funnel Metrics

Ability to monitor conversion, stuck deals, lead quality, follow-up discipline, and customer objections.

Premium Product Sales Judgment

Ability to handle pricing, value explanation, and client expectations for a premium product category.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in building materials, windows, railings, facade, construction products, or premium architectural products is a plus, not a mandatory requirement.
  • B2C or B2B building-material, window, railing, facade, interior, real estate, or premium-product sales experience.
  • Comfort with CRM hygiene, daily review rhythms, structured reporting, and AI-assisted pipeline summaries.
