Sales Executive

Lead qualification, follow-up, product explanation, and sales coordination

About the Role

The Sales Executive generates and qualifies leads, follows up with prospects, explains products, captures requirements, and moves deals through the sales process.

This role coordinates with internal teams for estimates, site visits, samples, and client communication while maintaining CRM hygiene and daily follow-up discipline.

The role is full-time, on-site from Charni Road, Mumbai, Monday-Saturday, 10 AM-7 PM.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and Qualify Leads

    Speak with prospects, understand requirements, explain products, and qualify serious opportunities.

  • Coordinate Sales Actions

    Coordinate estimates, samples, site visits, WhatsApp/email communication, and internal follow-ups.

  • Maintain CRM Hygiene

    Keep lead status, next actions, customer requirements, and daily follow-ups updated consistently.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirement

Sales Communication

Clear sales communication skills across calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person conversations.

Lead Follow-Up Ownership

Ability to follow up daily, move deals forward, and avoid losing prospects due to weak tracking.

Commercial Understanding

Basic understanding of estimates, pricing conversations, customer objections, and closing steps.

Internal Coordination

Comfort coordinating with site, production, design, and office teams to answer customer requirements.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in building materials, windows, railings, facade, construction products, or premium architectural products is a plus, not a mandatory requirement.
  • Experience selling building products, interiors, premium products, real estate, windows, railings, or facade solutions.
  • Comfort with CRM tools, structured follow-up sheets, WhatsApp templates, and AI-assisted customer summaries.
