Field Sales Executive
Site visits, field lead generation, product explanation, and daily reporting
About the Role
The Field Sales Executive visits sites, architects, builders, contractors, and customers to generate leads and close field opportunities.
This role explains products, collects measurements/basic requirements, coordinates follow-ups with office sales, and maintains route plans, visit reports, lead status, and next actions.
The role is full-time, on-site and field-based from Charni Road, Mumbai, Monday-Saturday, 10 AM-7 PM.
Responsibilities
Visit Field Opportunities
Visit sites, architects, builders, contractors, and customers to generate leads and progress opportunities.
Explain Products in Person
Explain products, collect basic requirements or measurements, and coordinate next steps with office sales.
Maintain Field Reports
Maintain route plans, visit reports, lead status, customer notes, and next actions daily.
Requirements
Field Sales Experience
Experience in field sales, site visits, customer visits, dealer visits, or B2B/B2C lead generation.
Mumbai Travel Readiness
Readiness to travel across Mumbai for meetings, site visits, architect/builder visits, and follow-ups.
In-Person Communication
Strong in-person communication, product explanation, and basic requirement-capture skills.
Daily Reporting Discipline
Ability to maintain visit plans, lead notes, next actions, and follow-up status consistently.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in building materials, windows, railings, facade, construction products, or premium architectural products is a plus, not a mandatory requirement.
- Experience visiting construction sites, architects, contractors, builders, window/railing dealers, or building-product customers.
- Comfort using maps, route plans, CRM/mobile notes, WhatsApp follow-ups, and field visit reporting.
